At Sour Hats, every hat is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges — so please double-check your order details before checking out.

That said, we want you to love your purchase, and we take full responsibility if something goes wrong on our end.

Refunds Will Be Issued If:

  • We make a mistake with your order (wrong item, design, or color).

  • Your order arrives damaged.

  • Your order is lost in transit and cannot be located.

If any of these apply, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the estimated delivery date if lost) with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo showing the issue (if applicable)

Once we confirm the problem, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.
